Six phases, and you see it moving throughout.

No reveal at the end. You get a live environment early and it updates weekly, which is when scope disagreements are still cheap to have.

    Discovery

    We map how the work actually happens today — the spreadsheet, the copy-paste, the person who knows the thing. The bottleneck is rarely where the brief says it is.

    Architecture

    Data model, integration points and failure modes decided before a line of product code. Boring at this stage, cheap compared to discovering it in month three.

    Wireframe to high-fidelity in the real design language, on real content. We design against the actual copy and the actual data, never lorem ipsum and a happy path.
